The Augustin Team
Agricultural work is, first and foremost, seasonal work. Despite the fact that a lot of seasonal workers frequent the farms during the harvest period, there are hardly any other permanent employees who contribute to the day-to-day business. This is perfectly normal for most fruit farms.
The Augustins have chosen a different path. Today, 15 permanent employees make a living from the Augustin Fruit Farm and the Augustin Organic Fruit Farm KG – a success story which Katrin and Dierk Augustin have the right to be proud of.
The cooperative working procedures with our employees are very important to us. Some of them are long-standing partners regarding our pursuits of a common goal. Together we plan, discuss and "work to the max".
